Mr. Malko founded Dante in 1998 and has responsibility for overall strategy of the firm, the architecture direction of the Allegory Platform, and the day-to-day operations of Dante.
John Gilbert
Vice President & CTO
Mr. Gilbert is responsible for the technical architecture of the Allegory platform. John has over twenty years of experience in enterprise software platform development.
Robert Seltzer
Vice President
Mr. Seltzer is responsible for U.S. Defense Sector Solutions at Dante. Bob is a highly experienced senior executive who recently served as Director of Military Personnel, Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Alex Groves
Vice President
Mr. Groves is responsible for Mobile Technology Solutions at Dante. Alex has over fifteen years experience in IT development, strategic planning, and project management.
Elaine Steele
Vice President, Human Capital Management
Ms. Steele joined Dante in 2003. She has over 15 years experience in the area of Human Resources and Marketing. Elaine is responsible for all Human Resources functions of the organization.
